Justin Smith
Founder
Justin Smith is the founder of Inside Network. Prior to Inside Network, he was Head of Product at Watercooler, now Kabam, a leading application developer on the Facebook Platform. Prior to Watercooler, Justin was an early employee at Xfire, the largest social utility for gamers, which was sold to Viacom in 2006. Justin holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University, where he was a Mayfield Fellow and a recipient of the Terman Award in Engineering.

Scott Bialous
General Manager
Scott Bialous is General Manager at Inside Network. Prior to taking the helm at Inside Network, Scott served as VP of Sales at Sequent.ial Media, VP of Sales at SAY Media, VP of Sales and Group Publisher at Jupiter Media, and Associate Publisher at the Washington Post. Scott holds his degree from Miami University.

Trevor van Woerden
Senior Sales Manager, Advertising
Trevor van Woerden is Senior Sales Manager, Advertising at Inside Network. Prior to coming over to the Inside Network team, Trevor represented the mediabistro Network specializing in social media. He also spent several years focused on developer targeted accounts with QuinStreet's B2B division: internet.com. Trevor graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Chemistry and French from the College of Idaho.

Eric Moore
Client Services Specialist
Eric is the Client Services Manager for Inside Network and has been part of the team since early 2010. He has worked throughout the country in various customer service and tech support positions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, camping, and being outdoors.

Ashley Taylor Anderson
Senior Marketing Manager
Ashley Taylor Anderson manages all things marketing-related at Inside Network. Prior to joining the Inside Network team, Ashley worked a Development Editor and Media Producer for Pearson Science and a pastry chef at Sibby’s Cupcakery. Ashley holds a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley.

Michele is Inside Network’s Community Manager. Having worked in communications for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, she’s learned that a likable brand is a successful brand. Michele hails from the South and holds a degree in Comparative World Literature from North Carolina State University. When she’s not tweeting, posting, or plusing, she spends her time backpacking, exploring the depths of the Internet, and catering to the needs of her demanding cat, Stravinsky.
