With over 30 000 New Zealand foods, Easy Diet Diary lets you record what you eat quickly and easily. Enter foods by scanning barcodes or searching the database. Track your kilojoules or calories as well as other major nutrients. If you like, send your diary to your dietitian to review in their FoodWorks® Professional software.

NUTRIENTS
-Set your daily energy goal (kJ or Cal).
-See your remaining energy (kJ or Cal).
-Track protein, total fat, saturated fat, total carbohydrate, sugars and sodium.
-View nutrients per food, meal and day.
-Tap to view different nutrients.
-Set the nutrients of interest to you.

NAVIGATION & EDITING
-Navigate days by swiping or using the calendar.
-Move foods within and between meals.
-Copy foods to other meals or days.
-Delete foods.
-Multi-select for copying and deleting.

INTEGRATION WITH FOODWORKS®
-Send your diet diary to FoodWorks® Professional.
