Description
Who knew that science for preschoolers could be so fun!  Your child will love building a rocket with young versions of Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo Galilei, and Marie Curie.  "Rocket to the Stars" is the second appisode in a continuous series of educational app stories called Leo's Pad.

Leo's Pad Appisode 1 has received five stars from Common Sense Media, The iMums, and AppCraver.  Reviewers call the Leo's Pad animation "superb," "amazing" and "stunning."

In this appisode your child helps Marie, Leo and Gally design and build a rocket by tracing and sorting rocket parts, mixing rocket fuel and guiding the rocket through space.

Created by educational researchers from Stanford University, award-winning writers, and animators who have made movies for the top animation studios in the world, each Leo’s Pad appisode is interwoven with games, puzzles, and activities designed to create measurable learning experiences.

As a child completes activities, the apps will measure the user’s responses along more than 70 dimensions of learning.  The games automatically increase or decrease in difficulty to create the optimal learning level for the user.  The adaptive technology makes the learning process not only more efficient but also more engaging and motivating for the user.

Coming soon, a “Parent Dashboard” will offer comprehensive feedback on a child’s achievement in these 70 dimensions, along with suggestions for how to support that child’s progress outside of “tablet time.”

Most importantly, kids adore interacting with Leo and his friends. Take advantage of the introductory price.  Download Leo's Pad 2 now!

Reviews of Leo’s Pad 2 and Leo's Pad Appisode 1 (the previous appisode):

"With the same stunning graphics and an abundance of great preschool level activities, Appisode 2 lives up to its predecessor's high standards... [T]he app is intuitive, tracking your child's progress and adjusting to meet his or her needs... By challenging students to answer harder questions, but easing off if the questions become too hard, the app continues to give kids a sense of accomplishment while keeping them engaged with new skills."

- Fun Educational Apps

"[S]tunning artwork and animation and plenty of activities to entertain and engage young minds."

- AppCraver

"Kidaptive integrates educational elements so smoothly the user hardly notices a shift from "show" to instruction....And of course the graphics—no discussion of the merits of Leo's Pad can be complete without discussing the amazing animation. It's very well done, and likely to be a favorite of most users."
